Dear RTC,

We would like to organize a one-hour meeting for the 2026-2027 RTC team, during which we will clarify what is expected from RTC, remind how WP TE works and discuss what are the WP TE scientific priorities for the period.

We will also ask for your feedback on how to improve the processes in place.

Ideally, this meeting would take place before the RT01–RT09
