We needed to make some changes due to additional constraints set by a parallel review meeting on Tue morning where some of us TFLs and RTCs have to attend. As always please let me know in case of issues concerning the slot allocated for your RT.

Please also note that the strategy talk should primarily focus on the 2026 work. This is because in many RTs, the programme in 2027 will largely depend on the achievements made in 2026, thus would be pointless in making plans that are anyway known to be modified heavily for the next year. Please also include, if possible, in the talk the foreseen publication and conference plan. Besides the experimental work, it is advisable to discuss also analysis and modelling activities since they are an integral part of the RT strategy.
