Dear Research Topic Coordinators,

Thank you those of you who replied to my initial email on the next Campaign preparation.

Here attached you will find the proposed timeline on MAST-U and TCV from January to end of April. End of April is the end of MU-05 and approximately the middle of the TCV campaign before the long vent to install TBLLD.

Your comments, to the reference TFLs of your RT, are expected by January, 13th 2026 noon.

Reminder:

AUG: the campaign is expected to start early April and will then be implemented in due time.
WEST: the campaign is expected to start early April and will then be implemented in due time.
MAST-U: there is a big question mark on the availability of divertor cryopumps at the beginning of 2026 and along the rest of MU-05.
TCV: NBI-2 is not expected to become available before April; New bi-frequency gyrotron G10 is not expected before early March; Baffles and port protection tiles will be removed in January and this configuration will remain until the installation of TBLLD.
