If  relevant, do not hesitate to forward it to your TSVV team.

Indeed, In case you have international missions related to your TSVV activity, Could you reply to Gloria Falchetto and myself  before 27 Nov. by filling the attached document for your TSVV with a short justification liaising with one of the TSVV deliverables.  We will collect the replies for WPTM.  Final approval will be at General Assembly at its meeting on 16-17 December 2025.

Dear PLs/TFLs

 

Missions and activities under International Collaboration in 2026:

Here comes the request to you to come forward with proposals from your Work Package for missions and activities in 2026 to be conducted under international collaboration.

 

Please make use of the attached MS Excel Sheet to provide the corresponding indications.  Please be so kind to send the input from your Work Package no later than 28 November 2025.

 

Please be reminded that, for formal members of established international groups (such as ITPA), there is a dedicated budget provision for missions to attend respective formally convened meetings. Therefore, missions by such formal members to formally convened meetings do not need to be listed in the table in the attached document.

 

As in previous years, PMU Department Heads will make, in consultation with you, a pre-selection of proposals according to identified priorities within Departments. This will be followed by a final selection within the PMU where all constraints and overall priorities will be taken into account.

Timeline:

• The INCO budget for 2026 is scheduled to be endorsed by the GA at its meeting on 16-17 December 2025
• The final selection of proposals for missions and activities within the PMU will take place no later than 04 December 2025
• INCO mission and activity proposals from Work Packages are due no later than 28 November 2025
