Dear all, According to information shared by WPTM today, the decision on the formal approval of the TSVVs has been postponed until the General Assembly Meeting on 22 January 2026. However, it is highly likely that the projects will be implemented retroactively from 1 January. I would therefore propose a short kick-off meeting on either Monday 19 January at 2 pm. or Friday 30 January at 10 am (unfortunately, January is already quite busy). You may be wondering about the status of TSVV-A. The official WPTM statement sent to the PIs reads:
"In early 2026 we will organize a 1-hour VC meeting to update everyone on the latest developments as per the General Assembly decisions."
This implies that the final decision will be made at the upcoming General Assembly (Dec 17-18).
Based on the positive evaluation, I assume the project will be approved, but further cuts or a different start date cannot be ruled out entirely.
