Please be reminded that, for formal members of established international groups (such as ITPA), there is a dedicated budget provision for missions to attend respective formally convened meetings. Therefore, missions by such formal members to formally convened meetings do not need to be listed in the table in the attached document. As in previous years, PMU Department Heads will make, in consultation with you, a pre-selection of proposals according to identified priorities within Departments. This will be followed by a final selection within the PMU where all constraints and overall priorities will be taken into account. *_Timeline:_* * The INCO budget for 2026 is scheduled to be endorsed by the GA at its meeting on 16-17 December 2025 * The final selection of proposals for missions and activities within the PMU will take place no later than 04 December 2025 * INCO mission and activity proposals from Work Packages are due no later than 28 November 2025 Thank you very much for your collaboration.
